This Refund Policy explains how purchases of Partoo credits are handled. Because credits unlock immediate access to AI products, please review this policy before buying.
Credit purchases
Credits are purchased in advance at 1 credit = €0.10 (converted to your selected currency at checkout). Bonus credits granted through promotions or volume tiers are not separately refundable.
Eligibility for refunds
You may request a refund of unused credits within 14 days of purchase, provided your account is in good standing. Credits that have already been consumed by AI products are non-refundable. Bonus and promotional credits are excluded from refunds.
Bank transfer orders
For orders paid by bank transfer, refunds are issued back to the originating bank account once the payment has been confirmed. Processing may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account, including your order details. We will confirm eligibility and process approved refunds promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
