Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Partoo you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. If you use Partoo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
Credits and billing
Partoo operates on a credit model where 1 credit = €0.10 (charged in your selected currency). Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when you use AI products. Purchases start from 50 credits. Promotional bonuses and discounts apply as described at checkout.
Use of the service
You may use Partoo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to safeguard credentials.
Intellectual property
Partoo and its underlying technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload, and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Partoo is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
